Is this a complete inverter or a board?
The REP500-800 is the core pure sine wave inverter PCBA board, supplied for OEM assembly into your own finished inverter. The bare board measures 150 x 125 x 55 mm. Tell us the finished specification you are building and we will confirm the board matches it.
What power and battery voltages does it cover?
This board is rated 500W continuous with 1000W peak, in 12V, 24V and 48V versions. The wider board series runs from 500W to 8000W, so the same design family covers most inverter sizes.
What protections does the board provide?
Low-voltage alarm and shutdown, over-voltage, overload, over-temperature, short-circuit and reverse-polarity protection, with the same protection thresholds listed in the parameter table above.
What loads can a finished 500W unit run?
Once assembled, it runs LED lights, a TV, a laptop, a fan and phone charging together, or one small appliance at a time. Heating appliances such as kettles are beyond this size.
Can you support OEM production?
